It is the buyers responsibilty to ensure that the light kit or component supplied is suitable for it's intended use, and is installed in a safe and effective way. The limit of 12 volts DC should not be exceeded for the use of any of our products, and under no circumstances should any of the items be connected directly to an AC mains supply unless by means of a suitable mains transformer that has been fitted by a competent and qualified person. If in any doubt as to the correct use and installation of any of our items, please contact us for advice prior to purchase, or obtain advice from a suitably qualified person. As standard, we accept no responsibility or liability for damage to items or equipment, or injury to person/s as a result of incorrect fitting or misuse of our products. All of our products are fully tested and inspected for safety prior to leaving our premises. All electronic components and circuits will contain small parts, and require installation using suitable and adequate knowledge of electronic systems. For this reason, all electronic component & bespoke circuit goods that we supply are intended for adult use only.

Delivery information is as detailed on the Home Page of this site. Issues of postal loss are rare, however if an unsigned / untracked delivery option is chosen, losses incurred are at the buyers own risk at the discretion of CJ Models. It is always advised that you select the tracked delivery options via the store checkout. Proof of postage will be available on request for untracked items.

We pack all of our items as securely as possible using the best quality materials - we know ourselves how disappointing it can be to receive an online item that has been poorly packed and has been easily damaged in the post. For this reason, the quality of our received items is always of the highest possible standard. If for any reason beyond our control your item has suffered shipping damage or is defective in any way, please return the item to us using a tracked postal service so that we can provide either a refund or a replacement if possible.

To prevent online fraud, we can only refund / replace goods goods that are returned to us using a tracked delivery service, and only on receipt of the returned item.
