We are a small family run business that takes pride in the products that we sell and the service that we provide. In a world of evolving technology, with us you'll be dealing with actual people and not an automatic A.I. website chat-bot.
We have been trading online since 2006, with a customer base built from quality items & quality service.
Our Products
Like most people we shop online ourselves, and know how disappointing it can be when a product arrives not as advertised. We provide as accurate descriptions as possible for our items, and are also not reliant on stock photo product images, so you can see exactly what you are purchasing. If a product has any imperfections (for example vintage items with age-related wear) it will be noted in the product description.
It is never a problem to provide further product details or photos if required - just ask us via the contact form.
Order Picking & Packaging
We pack all products in strong boxes to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. As we're just a small team, you can be assured that all items are checked for condition and quantity as they are packed using good quality packaging materials - even large letter items are dispatched in strong PIP boxes.
Best Quality Delivery Service
We only use two delivery companies for all of our items.
Royal Mail remains the most cost effective option for smaller items, eg component parts. For larger items, there's also the option to select delivery by DPD, a courier which we have found to be extremely reliable and organised.
The DPD options include delivery directly to your address, or to your nearest DPD Pick Up shop if more convenient. You can receive up to the minute tracking information via email alerts, or via text message if adding a phone number at point of order (optional).
You can be assured that we only use the delivery methods offered and selected at point of order, so you won't suffer the disappointment of your parcel going missing for weeks on end, or being thrown over your garden gate!
