Hull - Porthole Led Light Kit

An easy and cost effective way to illuminate the inside of a model ships hull to light the portholes.
This set is mainly used for static display models, but can be used in many different model making applications.

Unlike traditional bulbs, leds do not give out any heat, making them ideal for this application. They also have a considerably long lifespan.
Simply paint the inside of the model shell to prevent light bleeding through, and drill the portholes where required.
The leds in the light kit can the be positioned and angled inside the model to give the desired effect.

Two variations of this light kit are listed as standard. Both are pre-wired, quality tested and ready to fit.
They both use static 5mm Ultra Bright Leds.

This Set 2 Contains:

x1  1Mtr Power lead, running to a 9v battery clip.
x1  SPDT Slide switch next to the battery clip fitted on its own 200mm wire.
x4 Screw terminal connectors for ease of fitting and adjustments.

x4 Bundles of leds.
Each bundle contains x4 Warm White & x2 Cool White Leds each on their own 160mm wire.

The led bundles are separated by 200mm wires to allow them to span the inside of the model.
