Light Kit Micro USB Adaptor Chip

This adaptor will allow you to substitute the battery connection on the majority of our light kits for a micro usb power lead.

Simply connect the red and black power wires on our light kits to the marked screw terminals on the adaptor chip.

The adaptor is fitted with an adhesive pad that insulates the board and makes installing in a project box easier.

The adaptor will only transfer the inputed voltage of your power source, which for a standard USB connection is 5volts DC.

Suitable for either standard 1A or 2.1A USB supply.

The 5volts DC should not be exceeded for use with this product.

Not suitable for powering the LED strip supplied with our Millennium Falcon light kits - An additional adaptor to enable this will be available soon.

A selection of micro usb leads are also available in store for use with this product if required.
